OUR POLICY AT R.COLLECTIVE:

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and will be stored securely in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards. Having a card on file allows us to enforce our cancellation policy fairly and consistently.

Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Show Policy

• 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: A cancellation, reschedule fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be charged.

• Same-day cancellations, same-day appointment changes (reschedule), or no-shows: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services will be charged. Any applicable deposits will be applied toward these fees.

Cancellation, reschedule, no-show, and same-day appointment change fees are assessed at the discretion of your individual stylist in accordance with this policy.

Payment Authorization

By scheduling an appointment with r.collective, you authorize us to securely store your payment information and charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee when the terms of this policy apply.

Clients may request removal of their card on file at any time by providing written notice. Please note that appointments may not be booked or held without a valid payment method on file.

Payment Disputes

By booking an appointment with r.collective, you acknowledge and accept this policy, including any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees. Charges processed in accordance with this policy are considered authorized, and we reserve the right to respond to and contest any payment disputes or chargebacks submitted for fees that were assessed in accordance with these terms.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to respect the time of our stylists, serve as many clients as possible, and continue providing an exceptional experience for every guest.
