At r. collective we are taking extra steps to benefit the health and wellness of our clients and the environment. One way we do this is by emphasizing environmentally friendly lines that offer paraben- and sulfate-free options, as well as a number of products in biodegradable packaging.
The BUILD OUT
We care a lot about our impact on the environment and are always looking for ways to reduce and reuse. That is why we took the extra steps in our build-out to repurpose materials that would normally end up in a landfill. We reclaimed and utilized 80-100 wooden pallets to create our unique stylist stations in our Clawson location. Our main interior door and front desk was built using repurposed barn wood from a teardown located in Wolf Creek, MI. Additionally, we use LED bulbs that offer 80% more efficient lighting than traditional lights, no toxic elements, and a longer life span.
