At least one Saturday a month and some evening availability required. We are looking for both, part time and full time receptionist. Compensation based on experience. Starting pay while training is 14/hour then after training raises are given based off individual performance.

Responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, checking clients in and out, entering client information into the salon's computer system, balancing the cash drawer at close, stocking shelves, receiving in salon inventory, and cleaning.

associate to hairstylist

We are looking for an assistant to a hair stylist to create flawless haircuts and hairstyles for our customers. Hair Stylist responsibilities include teaching the most up to date cuts and using basic and advanced techniques, consulting customers about styles and colors and applying hair care products, like treatments and masks. You will learn from the industry’s best and develop skills and communication with clients to move forward on getting your own chair and business ready and set up for success! We have the shortest assistant program in the area.

Most of our assistants are on their own taking new clientele from the salon in 7mo-1yr

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions. Helping out stylist by getting guest caped up and ready for the service being preformed

• Help in recommendations of hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes

• Wash, rinse, Tone. All will be taught daily

• Help in applying a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights, ombre and balayage

• Help to create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks, including braids, ponytails and buns

• Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks)

• Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed

• Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate

Skills

• The ability to retain and preform skill that are taught on a daily and weekly basis

• Excellent communication skills

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours

• Flexibility to work in shifts

• Valid license from a cosmetology school
