We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advanced. Failure to cancel In the allowed timeframe then the deposit will be forfeited.
I confirm I understand the cancelation policy, failure to cancel in allowed time window is subject to fees and loss of deposit for the service(s) that I am booking. If I am canceling in less then 24 hours then the cancelation policy will take place. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
* 24 hours or more in advance—no fee
* Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked
* No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked
